Covid-19: Citing Tenants

It has now become clear to all of us that the COVID-19 pandemic will not leave property rents unaffected. A large part of properties in Cyprus fall within the Landlord And Tenant Act of 1983. Therefore, to avoid any distortions in the Current Rent Paid, even the temporary reduction of rent paid for a specified period, is very likely to cause future loss of income to the owners until it is restored to the level of rent paid before the pandemic.
